The 2025 Project is a UICC Capital Campaign for the construction of a new UICC Center at its current San Francisco location. This donation shall be allocated as follows: first to the pre-construction costs of the 2025 Project, second to all costs of the 2025 Project, and third to UICC’s general fund to pay its general operating & program expenses. Any portion of this donation that remains after such allocations shall be retained for use at UICC’s discretion.
